I have developed short, sharp, half day workshops that provide challenging and thought provoking training. I facilitate honest and open sessions that provide a safe space for delegates to learn from each other.

Change and you.

Far too often we focus on the organisational side of change, rather than how it affects the individual. 

This workshop focuses on the individual, how change affects us and what we can do to mitigate it's effect and thrive through it.

Change is hard, but with a small shift in mindset we can quickly and easily alter our perspective. We will focus on what we can control and how we can influence. We will see the opportunities that change brings and understand that we have have a choice. 

 

Resilience and you

How do we know that we are resilient? It usually takes reflection after a challenging event to understand just how resilient we are. However, there are tools, tricks and techniques that we can employ to raise our self awareness and prepare us for unexpected, challenging times.

In this workshop we will share experiences of when we have shown resilience, and when we have struggled. Self awareness is key and we focus on this here.

Coach yourself and your team

Does your organisation enjoy a Coaching Culture? Do you understand how a Coaching Culture can develop yourself and those around you? 

Using coaching techniques facilitates growth, increases responsibility, accountability and decision making. As leaders, our job is to grow leaders; being able to effectively employ coaching techniques promotes this growth.

Here we will discuss coaching models and understand that empowering others through coaching will ensure that the organisation thrives.

Conversation Confidence

How do we make sure that the conversations we have are quality and result in the desired outcome? Do we have the confidence to enter into a challenging conversation with the mindset that ensures we will be seen and heard? How do we ensure that our message is received as was intended?

In this workshop we will learn techniques that will ensure that we are able to approach every conversation confidently taking into account the needs of all parties.
